First of all, you should understand that you’re not alone. Everyone gets negative and demotivating thoughts from time to time. The trick is to just turn them into positive beliefs that will end up driving you further along the path to success!
Stop asking yourself questions like, “why don’t I feel okay?” and “what’s my problem?” Allow yourself to be human, to feel and be a person. Just listen to that voice in your head but tell it to change what it’s communicating!
Drop whatever you’re doing when you get negative thoughts and go for a run! Or crank out some push-ups. Get a glass of water. Heck, do whatever it is you need to do to feel ALIVE and positive again. Just watch your bad thoughts turn into good ones after this method.
