• Rank and Rent is based on a simple concept. According to this program, you create niche websites and optimize them for search engines. SEO should be applied rigorously so that the websites will gain a good ranking and will ideally appear on the first page of search engines. Once the website develops a good ranking, it is rented out to a local business owner who's business lies in the same niche as your website.   

In this way, you become a digital landlord who rents out high-ranking websites and earns a good amount of passive income through the rent he receives. 

How To Build Rank and Rent Websites?

Choose A Niche

• To have a successful website, choose the most profitable niche for the website. Take into account factors like population size, geography, the requirement for the particular service, and demographics before finalizing the niche. Following are some best practices for choosing the right niche:

• After completing these crucial steps, it is time to build your website. Start by creating a good-quality homepage that describes the business and offers relevant information. After that, create an ‘About Us’ page which will add legitimacy to the website and attract prospective clients.

• After completing all the above-mentioned steps, your website is ready to be rented out. We recommend renting it to the highest bidder for maximum profitability. You can deviate from the Rank and Rent model and can sell your website if you get a good price for it. 

Is Rank and Rent A Good Way to Make Money Online?

• There is no denying the fact that Rank and Rent is a reliable model for generating passive online income. However to make it a success, you will need to put in a considerable amount of hard work, this model is most suited for people who have a deep understanding of SEO. Newbies may not do so well. By applying best SEO practices, your website will get a higher ranking and will be rented out to the highest bidder at a good price. 

Another thing to remember is that all your hard work can go down the drain if you pick a niche that is already saturated and you don’t find any potential bidder for the website. Therefore I would say that model is not for everyone and it is certainly not the most convenient way of generating money online. If you are interested in making money online, I have a suggestion for you.

• Despite my understanding that Rank and Rent is not a scam, I am not going to recommend it to anyone of you. The reason is that there are much better, easier, and more efficient ways of making money online. I have been using Pay Per Click (PPC) and local lead generation for quite some while now.
